Solanke was on the verge of a move to Crystal Palace earlier this week, only for the move to break down after a medical.
A host of other Premier League clubs were said to be interested in Solanke, but Bournemouth have now secured a deal for the highly-rated England youth international.
Solanke has scored once for Liverpool since joining from Chelsea for a £6m tribunal fee.
Bournemouth have also agreed a loan deal for Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne, with the pair set to be officially unveiled by The Cherries in the coming days.
