AFC Bournemouth defender Tyrone Mings is reportedly courting interest from several Championship clubs.
That’s according to the Nottingham Post, who write that Nottingham Forest and Derby County are behind Midlands duo Aston Villa and West Bromwich Albion in the cue for the player.
Mings has made just five Premier League appearances for the Cherries this season, with three of those coming from the substitutes bench.
In fact, since moving to the Vitality Stadium in the summer of 2015 for £8m from Ipswich Town, the 25-year-old has only featured in 17 top-flight matches.
Admittedly, he did spend over a year on the sidelines with a knee injury, but when he has been fit he has been unable to nail down a regular spot.
It remains to be seen whether Cherries boss Eddie Howe would entertain any offers, permanent or temporary, for Mings given the injury problems Bournemouth have succumbed to this term.
However, the former Ipswich Town man will surely be keen to get more playing time under his belt sooner rather than later.
